By Friday, Mara had attended twelve meetings and finished none of her priority work. This chapter offers a weekly planning experiment: name one outcome, reserve two work blocks, and review what interrupted them.
The revision gives the reader a concrete situation and a bounded promise. Mara is an illustrative fictional example, not research evidence. Any broader claims still need sources.

The stronger version asks learners to demonstrate a skill. Enjoyment can be useful feedback, but it does not establish that the skill was learned.
